1. Introduction

Welcome to Nexorae, a provider of legal assistance for real estate purchases. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions

• Services: Professional legal guidance and representation related to property acquisition.
• Info Product: Digital materials, guides, templates, or courses offered by Nexorae.
• Goods: Physical items such as printed manuals or branded merchandise.
• Client: Any individual or entity engaging Nexorae for Services, Info Products, or Goods.

3. Scope of Services

Nexorae provides:

• Legal consultation on property purchase agreements
• Document preparation and review
• Negotiation support with sellers or mediators

4. Fees and Payment

Clients agree to pay the amounts set forth in the engagement letter. Payment methods accepted will be indicated at checkout. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of Services.

5. Refund and Transfer Policy

5.1 Professional Services

If you cancel before any substantive work begins, you may request a full refund of any funds paid. If work has commenced, you may request a pro-rated refund based on hours expended, or elect to transfer the remaining service balance to a future date within six months of the original engagement. After delivery of a final document or appearance on your behalf, no refunds are available due to irrecoverable time allocation.

5.2 Info Products

Digital materials may be reviewed for up to 7 days. If you find a defect or missing content, you may request a replacement or hub by submitting a request via our contact form. All requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, access is considered final and no refund or hub will be granted.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the purchase price within 14 business days. Opened or damaged items are not eligible for return.

5.4 Refund Process

To request a refund or transfer, contact us via our contact form. All requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 business days of approval.

6. Use Restrictions

Clients shall not resell, reproduce, or redistribute any digital materials. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Nexorae.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nexorae’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific Service or product giving rise to the claim. In no event will Nexorae be liable for any indirect or special damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario.
